Prior to launching Vintage, Coleman was the CFO & Executive Managing Director of Portfolio Management at RedHill, leading all transaction execution, financing execution, business plan execution, and investor relations on institutional multifamily value-add / core-plus assets throughout the Western U.S. Prior to joining RedHill, Coleman spent seven years with EY as a Manager in the M&A Advisory group consulting for large private equity and corporate clients on transactions ranging from $20M to $9B in deal value. Coleman is a licensed CPA (inactive) and CFA charterholder. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Accounting from Menlo College in Atherton, CA, where he played varsity baseball for 4 years.
Prior to launching Vintage, Alex was the Managing Director of Investments at RedHill, leading all deal sourcing, underwriting, and capital raising on institutional multifamily value-add / core-plus assets throughout the Western U.S. Prior to joining RedHill, Alex co-founded a boutique multifamily syndication firm, Bay Bridge Capital, in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he was actively engaged in acquisitions and private capital raising. Simultaneous to running Bay Bridge Capital, Alex played a critical role in scaling two enterprise SaaS start-ups, both of which are now publicly listed on the NASDAQ. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University where he played rugby for 4 years.
