Our space to write on a ~regular basis transparently and vulnerably about our observations in the midst of wins and losses. The general themes will include (i) thoughts and strategies in building a real estate GP business, (ii) entrepreneurship, (iii) multifamily real estate investing and structuring, and (iv) multifamily real estate operations and execution.
While there are many others out there with far more experience than ourselves, we hope these insights prove useful to at least a small cohort of our stakeholders and at a minimum give an inside view into how we’re thinking about the world.
